Zach has posted separately about Hack Club continuing on Slack. In general, customers can export their data and the options for that by our various subscription plans are here: https://slack.com/help/articles/201658943-Export-your-worksp....
So if they want to export all of their data they might have to pay you more money to do so? How exactly does that seem fair when they don't agree to the existing price increase?
