You can't equate economic monopolies with a state's monopoly on the use of force (pretty much the defining feature of a state).

You can't equate economic monopolies with a state's monopoly on the use of force (pretty much the defining feature of a state).
Not just that. A state has geographic monopoly, ruling ideally with the consent of the population of that land.
