Could you elaborate more on this?

I have a plan to replace my 5 year Samsung phone to the newer one. The reason is that no internal storage left.

Samsung is notorious for adding ads to products you have already purchased, and for many egregious privacy violations. Their appliances are also very unreliable.

In general, it's just not a trustworthy company.

    They inject ads in other products? Almost everyone I know has a samsung phone and I've never heard about that

      Fridges and televisions for sure. They also preload phones with third party bloatware.
