On top of this you also need to have the skills to communicate this with others, because if you are not able to convince others, in management, you are on a sure track to a burn out. Being the only one who sees the solution and not being able to convince others is going to make you very frustrated or to simply give up.

Soft skills are always the more important than all other skills.
