Sure, not everyone. Just the US, the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Netherlands, Chile, Argentina, or Honduras. I'm sure it will pass.
It's not US-centrism. It's just an acknowledgement of the recent trend.
