Unfortunately if it's public the government can also see it and block it :(
Snowflake aims to make every IP address a Tor bridge. It hides Tor traffic inside something very similar to a video call, which works in a browser behind NAT.
Considering that it was a Mossad terrorist operation (Israeli and American politicians admitted it) under cover of online social media propaganda claiming it was an organic and spontaneous democratic uprising due to legitimate protest of the crash of the currency, which the CIA brought about by crashing the currency (our Treasury Secretary admitted it on camera), I think there’s already been quite a bit the outside world has done.
The best thing the outside world can do is not be manipulated and used tools eating up and spreading the propaganda of the clownish chaos goblins in the “intelligence agencies”.
Remember, this is a thing that was done by a country and it’s servants that just recently massacred some unknown number of hundreds of thousands of people in Gaza, most of whom were …albeit not your wife and children, so you don’t care… women and children who will likely all be simply ground into the soil by bulldozers building a modern open air concentration camp on top of their bodies, the mass grave of Israel that we call Gaza.
That’s what the outside world has done so far, in surprised you would want to help that.
