I like the proposal, but it seems a big ask for governments to trust an organization with administering the currency. Where will the offices be located? Who will supply the technology? How do you guarantee that the currency won't be manipulated to the benefit of some nations?

A lot of trust problems that crypto tries to solve, but none of the stablecoins are stable enough to trust your government to governments deals with.
