Well, a common theme here is don't rely on third parties for services.

So, maybe, if it ever happens to you, have a backup in case of such emergencies.

I guess, next will be; but what if...and that's for you to fugure out.

Heck, a meteor might hit, and you won't be able to blame the government for your lack of backup.
