Tactical frivolity includes but is not limited to: drums, bubbles, flowers, glitter, frog costumes, and even (non-human and non-Homan) dildos. All the weird fun stuff and people found in Portland, Santa Cruz, SF Bay to Breakers, and Buck's of Woodside.
