Role: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead / Engineering Manager

Experience: Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer with deep experience in high-throughput, external-facing APIs and distributed systems. I’ve led small teams (5–10 engineers), owned architecture for revenue-critical platforms, and stayed hands-on shipping production code.

Recent work includes language rewriting a revenue-generating API with zero downtime, resolving thread pool exhaustion under load, and improving observability and incident response using Prometheus and Grafana. Strong background in event-driven architecture.

Tech: C#, .NET Core, Kotlin, Java, SQL AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS), PostgreSQL, Redis Event-driven architectures (NServiceBus, Kafka-style patterns) React / Next.js (pragmatic frontend work, not UI-heavy) Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD
