I think it's slightly comical to see people from the tech community deal with the problems, as customers, that are brought about by the dysfunction of AI. No, I'm not making a sweeping statement on the usefulness of AI. It clearly is capable in some areas. But, surely, companies should have an incentive to have a functioning customer support? And doubly so if you're a company trying to automate labor?
