What are the ingredients you assume exist, for your arrest scenario to be a credible concern. And if we are talking about age verification, what laws and punishments can you point to?

It is easy to point out complications because there will always be complications. Sites can police who they willingly serve, not police people from sharing their credentials - without some major surveillance escalation.
