The ultimate irony is that many folks asking for things to be “more inclusive” are asking for someone else to modify their behavior to fit the requester’s preference and definition of the “right” way, which is the literal opposite of being inclusive.

This blog calls that out brilliantly.

I agree this blog is highlighting the irony in that. But I think you are overreaching and injecting your agenda when claiming that it says that "many folks asking for things to be “more inclusive” are asking for someone else to modify their behavior".

  • It’s ironic to say the GP overreached and then accuse him of injecting an agenda. Particularly on a blogpost that leans towards the GPs understanding, not yours.
