You are a lying clown whose initial comment was flagged into disappearance. Nothing you say resonates with anyone. Basic human rights are an alien concept to you. Nothing is okay about those facilities. I suggest you read about it instead of blinding yourself. Also, everybody knows how their personnel have been murderers.
