modify your Local Group Policy Microsoft Learn DeviceInstallation Policy. Open gpedit.msc, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Installation, and set Prevent automatic download of applications associated with device metadata to Enabled
Or for anyone on Windows 10 Home
