Warrantless searches are a violation of the Fourth Amendment and thereby your constitutional rights.

Obviously border agents need to be able to check your bags for contraband but checking all your gmails just because they want to? That's antithetical to the spirit of the law. That is overreach that does not stand up to scrutiny.
