It specifies that these are not condos, these are homes on lots. "Normal" people live on properties with a yard, not apartments
I guess us "Normal" people prefer to discuss all relevant information and not just post jaded comments that defy reality

Wouldn’t detached homes still need electricians and carpenters and their pricing be impacted by their demand elsewhere?
