TLDR:
1. People lawfully protest the federal government government.
2. Government starts surveilling them, recording names, license plates, facial-scans.
3. They sue the government for violating their First Amendment rights.
4. Government tells court that it needs to be given anything the protestors might have privately written that criticizes the government...
