I am in the final stages of preparing to ship a 2.0 version of a fairly successful app, that has been shipping for a couple of years.

This is a complete, bottom-to-top rewrite (front- and backend). It's a huge improvement. I used an LLM, quite a bit. It's been a big help.

We're in the last stages of the first-wave testers. This is the one that affects the app UI. After this, we expand the test, and do bug fixes only.

Also, we need to start taking screenshots and app previews for the App Store. That requires setting up a test server, with anonymized (fake) users, so we don't compromise actual user anonymity. It's a bit of a pain, but it has to be done.
