I hire a lot of people outside US for digital marketing roles. Other big thing is invest in decent microphone. Camera and lighting (for me) is miles behind how I judge candidate vs. sound quality. This is probably not true for every interviewer but that’s what I encourage everyone to do. Get a decent mic first. Doesn’t need to be expensive. $20 or $50USD goes a long way.
