That they will sell it to someone else, who will match it with other available data to derive a profile with which they can do bad or immoral things.

Deny you medical care payouts based on your diet. Algorithmically increase prices on you. Increase your car insurance based on where you travel.
Or not just sell. Random state governments may be able to rifle through it.
