That’s practically our city motto here in Perth, Western Australia.
But it’s true, it’s easier to move around in 38C here than 31 and wet in Singapore.
Of course you don’t want to be caught in the sun, and those 44C summer days really are something else
How come your air stays dry, when you're literally on the ocean coast?
Some quick research says that the ocean currents there flow north from Antarctica, so it's cold (not much evaporation), and wind mostly blows from the north and east, not from the ocean (west and south).
