In short, this is how life is designed. Nobody can ever predict with a 100% accuracy what will come in the future.

If Laszlo Hanyecz knew that, after 10 years, 1 BTC will exceed $50K, he wouldn't trade his 10,000 Bitcoins (~$41) for two pizzas!
