What you observe, elevate, worship is the same thing. The modern culture want you to worship individuality, expression, pleasure, etc.

The result is the destruction of society, of the building blocks, what remain is atomic individuals and a central power structure that always control more and centralise.

Our roots was to worship Christ (self sacrifice for love and truth) with that sweept aside, we worship pleasure, ourselves, the intellect, etc. We are much easier to control than stuborn truth believer that are ready to die for it.
