That's what DHS does. They dish it out but can't handle it when it's done to them. Cowards.
Dishing it out but not accepting it being done to them is exactly what it means to be a monopoly on legitimate violence. When two parties are dishing it out separately to each other, and one of them calls themselves the government, this is called a civil war or at least a terrorist insurgency.
ICE has been harassing, imprisoning, and murdering people for no legitimate reason.
