Probably the usual "big words hard" mindset of people who aren't used to reading well-written prose.
Quite the opposite. It's the completely devoid of creativity section titles, the use of triades, and the general rhythm of the text. All of this garnered with the general sense of filler content...

Such assurances mean almost nothing these days. But to be frank this specific article doesn't seem particularly AI to me.
