Struggling with languages is often a function of not putting enough hours into learning them, and less a function of age. Of course finding time can get more difficult after you leave school.

I also don’t have any real motivation.
I’d imagine if the CEO of Samsung offered me a 500k TC role on the condition I become fluent in Korean within 18 months I’d put in more effort.
