Hydrogenated soybean oil specifically, it seems. Which stems from stupid pseudoscience from about twelve years ago that conflated phytoestrogens that nearly all tubers, nightshades, and legumes have with E2 estradiol estrogen in mammals. It's where the failed insult "soyboy" comes from.
