Elon abandoned that trademark, it's up for grabs according to the law, even though a court didn't think so.
Keep in mind that trademarks are registered independently in different jurisdictions, so IP offices and courts are likely to not align in different countries on that point.
That means not even the court cares what Elon says anymore.
Not what that means, at least not on a general basis.
