I abhor when SaaS products attempt this. I see crap all the time in ClickUp (a particularly horrible product) trying to get me to request access to something no in our plan. It's so clearly trying to drum up (nearly)fake support for wanting a feature. They try to be innocuous but I find it incredibly disrespectful when a SaaS is littered with "Upgrade" or "Bug your manager to upgrade" buttons/CTAs.
See also the persistent "Upgrade" button in my Google Mail (Workspace) UI trying to get me to upgrade to a higher plan level.
