neither of these things are remotely acceptable. the degree of distinction is relevant to the impact on the victim and in a punitive sense, but doing either of these things is a mark of a severely antisocial behavior disorder that needs to be addressed by mental healthcare and prevention of access to tools that facilitate this behavior.
