As it turns out, no one lets you generate mutant human embryos with deficient creatine receptors, grow them up into adult humans, inject them with melanoma, euthanize them and harvest the tumor cell mass and bone marrow for analysis.
Unhelpful. Sure, we can't do the same study in humans, but that doesn't mean the results are inherently applicable to humans
