I had no idea that cameras were walking the streets and arresting people in America. Only the police should be able to do that. They are clearly far more competent. Oh wait-I just read the article...

and yet, without the camera this woman would not have been arrested.
The problem is the police-camera system, of which the camera is an instrumental component
