Hah I hear you, but a charitable way to read it is that this is how he feels after leaving Google's cushy, risk-averse, monopoly-supported comfort zone in the US (which is what the first part focuses on) and being airdropped into the "warzone" of a rapidly growing startup in a fast-paced, competitive environment in a developing country.
