I’m not sure I understand what the purpose is? Performance metrics are only interesting when they affect a user. If you decrease latency on an API endpoint from 50ms to 40ms, you’ve had a 20% reduction in time. But if the user doesn’t notice, who cares?

I’ve never found that Emacs is sluggish for me.
