I lost a disc we bought from a busking vocal group of Mongolians in Amsterdam back in May of 1999. Also from same year from southern Mexico we got a bootleg NBA rap disc with different tracks than any official release. Burned disc that slowly failed but that we still have liner notes.
Even counting "pressed CDs" or whatever you call non-burned ones, there are so many small runs that nobody has any evidence ever existed - nothing online.
Often the only hint are the liner notes and sometimes a manufacturing code on the center of the disc - and if it's broken, there's no recovery.
