Well, yes. That's because the majority of PERMs are well-documented. It costs a lot to go through the process, so companies don't bother with weak applications.

    • No, I'm claiming that PERM is fraud-free because it happens so rarely. And DoL routinely audits and denies bad applications.

      It's not a large percentage, but nowhere near the "never heard about DoL denying a petition" level.
