Maybe we're about to enter an Economy of Ideas: with everyone and their grandma soon being able to make anything they can think of, it'll come down to who has the better idea (and the vision to polish and continue it)..

Do you mean make any shitty app or website they can think of? Because I don’t see any reason to see an increase in the supply of medicine, plumbing and electrical services, etc.
Maybe self driving is a soon realized benefit.

Well yeah, if everyone can make shit, only the best shit will make it
and AI might help people sort through the shit too (unless it's cancered by ads, like with all the freemium games on iOS, which was supposed to be a "posh" platform)
