Wasmer is one of many WebAssembly runtimes, not sure why it needs specific hyping here.
I tend to use Wasmtime, V8, WAMR, and browsers. The point of WebAssembly is that there are many runtimes.

I believe Wasmer is the only one that let you use unmodified Python (which can run native modules and even sqlalchemy/gevent), or run Node.js workloads fully.
So even if there are many WebAssembly runtimes, there's only one that mostly cover the POSIX semantics
What does that have to do with the topic at hand? Not to mention that Wasm that can only run on Wasmer defeats the whole point of Wasm.
You're not helping the negative reputation of Wasmer that's out there with this unprompted promotion.
The point of Wasm is that can run anywhere, the goal of Wasmer is to run real workloads on WebAssembly. In my view Wasmer relates quite a bit to MXC generally, and to your first comment particularly.
