WhatsApp is the largest messaging app in the world (3B MAU) and does E2EE by default across private chats and groups.

WhatsApp is the largest messaging app in the world (3B MAU) and does E2EE by default across private chats and groups.
WhatsApp's UX is awful, not to mention that its E2EE is irrelevant when most users back up to Google Drive.
