How do you handle files that are only downloadable after going through wait times, login wall, etc.? I used cliget for Firefox back in the good old XUL days that integrated itself into the download dialogue and which constructed a nice copy-pastable string for wget/curl but since the removal of XUL the new version is kinda useless.
