Exactly what I thought when I saw this title, and whenever I try to download something from a browser:

JetCar, FlashGet etc solved this shit 1000 years ago, wtf hasn't any browser figured it out?

Or is this is some sort of lobbying by Big Data to make us lose our gigabytes? I honestly wouldn't be surprised

Maybe AI could recreate download managers of yore..
