Wat? I would have thought a TUI is the least ADA compliant. Sure it has hotkeys (as does any decent GUI app) but does it have TalkBack and all the other accessibility features? I don't think ASCII-art is very accessibility friendly.
Should just be a matter of an appropriate terminal program and suitable settings:
