This event is probably related to ITorrent (a torrent hosting site) being compromised, it was hosting a very similar malware: https://threatcluster.io/cluster/itorrentsorg-compromised-to...

For a while all torrents downloaded from that site where replaced by a torrent of simple exe, it disguised itself by using a directory icon, plus having 800M of padding to simulate a real torrent.
