I don't get why people say that they have X years to be rich. If the revolution is going to be that big, why do you believe that fiat money, real estate or even private property will be valid in that future? The owners of AI would have all the leverage, it doesn't matter how much money you have. And if AI is that revolutionary, it won't have owners
I don't know. I'm just trying to make the best possible decisions with the information available to me.
If we achieve a post-scarcity society, then nothing I do today matters. If we don't, then hopefully having money will lead to a better outcome than not having it.
The transition could take a long time, so money and assets could still help in the near term.
