I self-host about 30 services. I exclusively pick software that's written either in C++, Rust, or Go. If I can't find one I write my own in C++.

What do you run instead of the *arr stack then?
TrueNAS with file system folders. I don't consume media that much so I get away with it. The only media I need to consume remotely is music, which I have gonic for.
I need to check out gonic, thanks for dropping that. Just was wondering since the whole *arr ecosystem seems like it doesn't have any mature alternatives that could cover the whole use case.
