So yours is a call for more hypocrisy because that is... fairness? Or you're asking for the nations of the world to do better including Israel?
It's hard to tell, on the surface it looks a lot like the usual "Sinister conspiracy" stuff that leaks out of sewer gratings online.
I am just saying that if your country can be openly evil without having to resort to hypocrisy, the rot in your society is much deeper than if your politicians at least have to pretend to be good.
What if instead of “hypocrites pretending to be good, and the wicked not even pretending,” everyone thought they were good and largely trying to do the right thing from potentially radically different circumstances and attitudes?
It's clearly untrue that "everyone thought they were good". Even David Ben-Gurion knew what's up: "Why should the Arabs make peace? If I was an Arab leader I would never make terms with Israel. That is natural: We have taken their country." [0]
