I ”blame” <https://internet.nl/>. At some point a few years back, they started only giving 100% to an address if it also had RPKI. A shareable link with large clear text, with a numerical score that is lower than your competitors? And your competitors are sharing this link to your customers, trying to win them over? This stuff works wonders for executives; suddenly there is no higher priority than fixing RPKI.
