That could be bad alignment or tire pressure. Are the tires cupping, are you getting uneven lateral wear, anything like that?
Besides that, EVs are just really heavy and weight wears out tires. Just a fact of life.

The Model 3 is very close to the same weight as a BMW 3-series. It's not substantially heavier.
