If Instagram is not a platform but instead an arbiter of speech they should be held legally liable what is said on the platform.

If Instagram is not a platform but instead an arbiter of speech they should be held legally liable what is said on the platform.
They should be held accountable as long as they decide what to promote. If posts were still following a non-algorithmic approach of chronological listings for those you follow, seems like they shouldn't be held responsible.
